In order to ensure a smooth transition and a solid implementation of this new program at our school, we have formed what is called a Lighthouse Committee. This committee--which is comprised of teachers from every grade level, representatives from support staff and, of course, Dr. Pavlovec herself--decides what steps our school will take for the next three years as we transform ourselves through the 7 Habits. After that, we hope to become a Lighthouse School, serving as an example for other, budding Leader in Me schools.
